1952 Carta Real postcard of HOFer Willard Brown. These were produced in the Dominican Republic and were issued one per week as a way to name a "player of the week." This one is from August 7th, 1952. Carta Real postcards are incredibly rare. There are only two examples known of the Willard Brown card. Unfortunately, this one is trimmed. The other example sold in a 2011 Hake's auction for $3,527.84.
