1909 Cabañas card of Ed Willet. Willet won 21 games for the pennant-winning Detroit Tigers in the 1909 season. After the season the team (minus Cobb and Crawford) traveled to Cuba for a barnstorming tour, playing against the Almendares and Habana teams of the Cuban League in a series of games. The Cabañas set was issued to commemorate this series and has cards from all three teams. The Almendares cards are blue, the Habana cards are red, and the Tigers cards are gray. This card of Willet has a presentable front, but unfortunately has quite a bit of paper loss on the back, which should make this about the least expensive way to pick up an example from one of the most sought after Cuban baseball card sets.
