The 1946-47 Fotos postcard set is in high demand due its scarcity and quality images. But Casa Caluff postcards are basically impossible. There are less than a dozen examples known, with no duplicates. In the bottom left corner where it would normally contain the advertising for Fotos Magazine, it advertises for "Casa Caluff," a refrigerator company located in Santiago. This one features Negro Leaguer Heberto Blanco, who played for the New York Cubans for several seasons in the early 1940s. Postally unused and in remarkable condition.
