1946-47 Caramelo Deportivo #142 of Negro Leaguer, Johnny Davis. A star wherever he played, Davis was a dominant two-way player who anchored the Newark Eagles of the 1940s. He played a crucial role in their championship season of 1946. A few years later, he made his mark in the Puerto Rican League, helping lead them to a championship in the 1948-49 season.
