1987 Veteranos Deporte card of Antonio Pacheco. Graded a 5 by PSA. All cards from the "Amateur" era (post-1959) of Cuban baseball are incredibly rare. This one is from 1987 and features one of the legends of Cuban baseball, Antonio Pacheco. When he retired in 2001, he was the all-time hits leader in the Cuban League, with a career batting average of .334.  He was a core member of the Cuban National Team. He played on three Olympic teams, winning gold medals in 1992 and 1996, and a silver medal in 2000. His career batting average in the Olympics was .402. He is currently a coach in the New York Yankees farm system. This is his earliest known card.
