Original photograph of the 1925 Baltimore Black Sox pitching staff taken by Penn Studio who has embossed their address in the lower right corner. In July of 1925, Penn Studio of Baltimore went to Maryland Park, home of the Baltimore Black Sox, and took a number of photographs of the players. This one features the team's pitching staff. I've been unable to identify two of the players, so if you know who they are, please let me know. From left to right, the players are Bill Force, unidentified, unidentified, Joe Strong, John Mungin. This is a guaranteed Type 1 original photograph. It measures 8" by 10". Lot of condition issues here including missing chunks, creases, and tape on the reverse, but none of it detracts from the image quality, which is outstanding.
