1949-50 Toleteros card of Negro Leaguer Chet Brewer. Graded a 30 by SGC. Brewer is one of the greatest pitchers in Negro League history and will likely be enshrined in Cooperstown some day. He played in just about every country that played baseball and was a star everywhere he went.
