1945-46 Caramelo Deportivo near complete set containing 96 of 100 cards, including HOFer Minnie Miñoso (SGC 1) and the rare chase card #73 Napoleon Reyes. Overall the set is in mid-grade, with a few exceptions. Particularly #64 Sal Maglie and #91 Lloyd Davenport, which should both be considered fillers, although nicer examples of each can be found as single lots in the auction. The Reyes card is in horrible condition. It is trimmed, creased, and is glued to a 1946-47 Propagandas Montiel card of Reyes which was in the album as a placeholder until the original owner finished his or her set and went to the factory and finally got his Reyes. So it's obviously in poor condition, but it IS a real, authentic example, and with cards as rare as this sometimes you take what you can get.

The set is missing only 4 cards. Three HOFers (Dandridge, Brown, Dihigo) and #9 Jose Maria Fernandez.

It includes two graded cards: #27 Minnie Miñoso (SGC 1) and #66 Luis Tiant (SGC 1)

There are tons of Negro Leaguers in the set, including Jose Luis Colas, Charolito Orta, Bonnie Serrell, Claro Duany, Lazaro Salazar, Booker McDaniels, Julio Rojo, Heberto Blanco, Pedro Formental, Carlos Blanco, Rogelio Linares, Cecil Kaiser, Cocaina Garcia, Sagua Hernandez, Terris McDuffie, Alejandro Crespo, Pedro Pages, Silvio Garcia, Carlos Colas, Chiflan Clark, Bartolo Portuondo, Hector Rodriguez, Lloyd Davenport, Ramon Bragaña, Avelino Cañizares.
