1923-24 La Moda card of Negro Leaguer Oscar Levis. La Moda cards are a rare variation of Billiken cards. They are often found trimmed down to the borders. This one is not, however SGC has still decided that it is "Minimum size not met." The reason they designated this card as such is because SGC is awful and have no clue what they are doing. This card absolutely meets the proper size standards for this issue. The incompetence of SGC is only surpassed by PSA. Neither one knows anything about cards if it's not a 1966 Topps Mickey Mantle or a shiny Zion Williamson card.
