Lot Description  

1956-57 Chicle Peloteros complete set of 40 cards. The cards were skip-numbered and some cards have numbers into the 80s, however only 40 cards were produced. Key cards include Cuban great Silvio Garcia as well as Major Leaguer Camilo Pascual. This is the only Cuban baseball card set produced on what would be considered traditional American baseball card stock. Because they were often glued into the album, they are often found in poor condition. This set is in above average condition.
